Action Wedding Videos cannot be held responsible for any equipment
failure or malfunction during the making of this video. You should
know however, that every care is taken to avoid such mishaps.
Regular checks on the footage are made during the day and a back-up camera
is at hand should the main camera malfunction.
The master tapes will remain the property of Action Wedding Videos
unless they are purchased from us at a cost of £10.
Action Wedding Videos reserve the right to use the master tape for
any promotional purpose (for use on a Demo tape).
In the event of cancellation of the Wedding for any reason, the deposit
is not refundable.
If you are having photographs at the beginning of the video, they must
be with us by the Wedding Day at the latest. If they
are not presented to us, the editing of the video will go ahead without them.
Payment in full is due by The Wedding Day at the latest.
The editing of the video is usually around two weeks. During very bus periods this can run into four weeks. If there is a date that you need the video done by, please let us know and we should be able to accommodate you.
